Appointments scheduling on our website must follow the criteria below, after approval.
Cancellation: Notify cancellation by email: email@example.com within 24 hours prior to the validated appointment time. If you want to pre-schedule a new appointment, restart the 1st step process.
Failure to pay within 48 hours after the appointment will invalidate future appointments and appointments.
Withdrawal: If there is no notice of absence notified by email within 24 hours, the consultation will be charged regularly. The same is valid in case of withdrawal during the online session.
Rescheduling: Notify absence and suggest new time by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (+44) 07591682615 within 24 hours before the validated appointment time. There will be no extra charges.
Technical Problems: In case of technical problems during the service, it will be possible to schedule a new time. We recommend testing your platform and internet speed in advance. Questions about the use and free operation of Skype or Whatsapp, consult the support on the company’s website.
On our part: If the cancellation is made by us for any reason, new times will be suggested.
